MALO A MCHEREZO, which means "place of refuge,” is a multisite non-profit organization that was founded in 2002 and has been growing ever since. We provide holistic care for underprivileged, orphaned children not only through food, clothing, and medical care but also a well-rounded school education. We offer a place where these needy children feel safe, loved, cared for, and challenged to grow. Here, they receive the opportunity to get to know Jesus and choose a life with Him. They also receive the opportunity to develop their character, knowledge, skills, and individual gifts. As a reliable steward and strategic and systems thinker, the Manager of Finance will be required to contribute to and expand the financial management system we are developing to fulfil our calling and vision. As a servant leader, he or she will be required to maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This involves maintaining the highest level of integrity in area of financial management. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated with a desire to impact the nation by providing superior quality financial management services to enhance the care and education of vulnerable children.
